About the Role
ESOFT UNI is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance function. The ideal candidate will oversee all financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal controls.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational objectives.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and risk to strengthen financial stability.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in the Education Industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
