Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights for decision-making.
- Manage cash flow and ensure effective financial controls are in place.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (ACCA, CIMA) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
