What the Role Involves
- Leading daily FOH operations and ensuring smooth service.
- Training and guiding the service team to deliver warm, attentive hospitality.
- Supporting management in driving consistency, efficiency, and improvements.
- Handling reservations, customer interactions, and floor management.
- Maintaining high standards in cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest satisfaction.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience as a senior waiter, captain, or shift leader ready for the next step.
- A people person - warm, approachable, and able to lead by example.
