Job Description

Crown Regency - Badulla is seeking enthusiastic individuals for the positions of Front Office Assistant, Intern, and Steward. Join our friendly team and contribute to providing exceptional service to our guests!

Responsibilities

  • Manage guest check-in, check-out, and reservations.
  • Handle calls and inquiries professionally.
  • Coordinate guest requests across departments.
  • Maintain front desk appearance and accurate records.
  • Welcome and guide guests through the menu (Steward role).
  • Take orders and liaise with kitchen staff (Steward role).
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently (Steward role).
  • Maintain cleanliness and attend to guest needs (Steward role).

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in hospitality is a plus (not mandatory for interns).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
