Join our team at Sri Sharavi Beach Villas & Spa, a 5-star luxury boutique resort recognized as Sri Lanka's Leading Resort and Spa for 2024. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Front Office & Reservations Executive to enhance our guest experience and ensure smooth front office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a warm and professional reception.
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and respond to guest inquiries.
- Coordinate room reservations, maintain accurate records, and update reservation systems.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communication channels related to reservations and guest services.
- Maintain a positive guest experience and handle issues or complaints empathetically and efficiently.
- Assist in managing online travel agent (OTA) platforms and inventory management.
- Work in conjunction with the Head of Finance, Head of Operations, and Directors in occupancy management.
- Coordinate with the property management technical team & Channel Management teams.
- Administer accounts receivable with Finance to ensure client and agent payments are made in a timely manner.
- Perform any other duties as requested by Management or Directors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in Front Office or Reservations in a Star-Class Hotel or Boutique Property.
- Hospitality education preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management systems.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
