Key Responsibilities
- Report to the Chairman/CEO on all financial matters.
- Monitor and manage the RALL/Group financial accounting function.
- Oversee General Ledger, PPE, and reconciliations.
- Process timely payment of employee salaries.
- Handle company taxation and ensure compliance with RALL/Group Finance Reporting and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of the Annual Budget, Strategic Plan, and Annual Report.
Qualifications
- Retired senior military commissioned officer in the rank of Major General/Brigadier or equal rank in the Navy/Air Force Navy with 30 years of service and Fellow Membership of a recognized professional/Chartered Institution (CA/CIMA/ACCA).
- Alternatively, Fellow Membership of a recognized professional/Chartered Institution (CA/CIMA/ACCA) with 15 years of working experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (ability to work in SAGE is an added advantage).
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management and vendor negotiation.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
