Key Responsibilities
- Report to the Chairman/CEO on all financial matters.
- Monitor and manage the financial accounting function of RALL/Group.
- Process and ensure timely payment of employee salaries (preferably using Accsoft Payroll System).
- Handle Company Taxation and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Improve internal controls and ensure adherence to the annual budget and strategic plan.
Qualifications
- Retired senior military commissioned officer in the rank of Major General/Brigadier or equivalent rank in the Navy/Air Force with an unblemished service record and 30 years of service, along with Fellow Membership of a recognized professional/Chartered Institution (CA/CIMA/ACCA).
- Or, Fellow Membership of a recognized professional/Chartered Institution (CA/CIMA/ACCA) with 15 years of working experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (ability to work in SAGE required).
- Ability to prepare employee salaries using Knowledge on Wages Board and Shop & Office Act.
- Experience in managing personnel under command staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
