Hotel Grand Elite is seeking a friendly and professional Guest Relation Officer to join our team in Kaduwela. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a memorable experience during their stay.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Handle guest feedback and implement improvements.
Requirements
- Female candidates preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in a guest relations or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
