Job Description
Join the Colombo Colts Cricket Club, one of the premier cricket clubs affiliated with Sri Lanka Cricket. We are seeking proactive and energetic individuals with a pleasing personality to fill the following vacancies immediately:
Responsibilities
- Head Bartender/Bartender:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role; academic and bartender license are added advantages.
- Plan bar menu, manage stock levels daily, and ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar.
- Follow food, beverage, and excise regulations, including timely reporting (daily/monthly summaries).
- Prepare cocktails, mocktails, and maintain high standards in drink mixing and presentation.
- Engage with guests, take orders, recommend drinks, and ensure a high-quality guest experience.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, borrowings, and related bar financial procedures efficiently.
- Steward - Bar & Restaurant:
- GCE O/L or A/L qualified with minimum 1-2 years' experience in a restaurant or bar service role.
- Greet and serve guests in a professional manner, ensuring a positive dining and bar experience from seating to bill settlement.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, input them into the POS/mobile system, and ensure timely service.
- Set up tables, arrange cutlery, manage reservations, assist with steward POS tabs, and support event/banquet service when required.
- Maintain restaurant and bar areas in line with health & safety regulations, including clearing tables, polishing glassware, and restocking service stations.
- Inform customers about daily specials, promotions, and recommend menu items to enhance sales.

- Proficiency in English and basic computer literacy preferred.
