Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive information security strategy.
- Oversee the security of the organization's IT infrastructure and data.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
- Lead incident response efforts and manage security incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provide training and awareness programs for staff on security best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security roles.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards.
- Experience with security tools and technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) are a plus.
