About Us

We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales strategy, drive revenue, and grow our customer base across leisure, corporate, MICE, and travel trade segments for both properties.

Job Summary

As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. You will manage key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and lead a high-performing sales team to ensure both hotels remain a top choice for guests and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the hotel's sales strategy in line with revenue goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across all market segments (corporate, leisure, MICE, OTA, travel agents, etc.).
  • Manage relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring exceptional service and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and revenue management teams to ensure alignment across campaigns and promotions.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to senior management.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior hotel sales role (minimum 5 years preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the hotel market, including corporate, leisure, and MICE segments.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with hotel systems such as PMS, CRM, and sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
