Responsibilities
- Lead the Front Office Treasury operations, ensuring effective management of liquidity and funding.
- Develop and implement treasury strategies to optimize the bank’s financial performance.
- Monitor market trends and economic indicators to inform decision-making.
- Manage relationships with financial institutions and counterparties.
- Oversee risk management processes related to interest rates, foreign exchange, and liquidity.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to align treasury activities with overall business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in treasury management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and risk management practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in treasury management systems and financial modeling.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
