HORECA Sales Executive

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HORECA Sales Executive to manage and grow sales within the Hospitality, Restaurant, and Café (HORECA) sector in the Maldives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships with hotels and resorts, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective account management and product delivery coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts including hotels, resorts, restaurants, and cafés.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within the HORECA segment and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Regularly visit clients across various islands and resorts to understand their needs and promote relevant product solutions.
  • Execute sales strategies and promotional plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations and tastings to chefs, purchasing teams, and F&B managers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client communications, and market intelligence.
  • Provide timely reports to the Sales Manager regarding market trends, sales performance, and forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (2-4 years) in sales, preferably in the HORECA sector or FMCG industry.
  • Strong network and understanding of the Maldivian hospitality market is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across resorts and islands.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Valid driving license (preferred).
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (Dhivehi or Hindi) are an advantage.
