Key Responsibilities:
- Implement strategies for facility expansion and service diversification.
- Coordinate with medical, operational, and financial teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and compliance requirements, being the custodian to drive the strategic plan to deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in healthcare management, hospital administration, or related fields.
- Strong strategic planning and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related discipline; Master's preferred.
- Age not less than 45 years at time of application.
