About Us
Haritha Villas + Spa is a contemporary high-end luxury destination featuring seven intimate villas and two colonial-style mansions, all equipped with private pools and personalized Butler Service, set amidst the lush greenery of the jungle, catering to an international clientele.
Responsibilities
- Guest Transportation: Safely transport guests to and from the airport, local attractions, excursions, or other destinations as required.
- Vehicle Maintenance and Care: Conduct daily checks on vehicle condition including fuel, oil, water, brakes, and lights before any trip.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate daily records of mileage, fuel consumption, travel time, and destinations.
- Guest Assistance: Offer local information and guidance when appropriate, ensuring a pleasant and safe guest experience.
- Compliance and Safety: Follow all road safety regulations and hotel driving policies.
- Supporting Hotel Operations: Assist other departments with transport-related needs.
- Professional Conduct: Wear appropriate uniform and maintain high grooming standards.
- Flexible Working Hours: Adapt to varying schedules as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a chauffeur or driver, especially within luxury hotels/resorts.
- Valid Sri Lankan driving license with a clean record.
- Familiarity with Hikkaduwa, Galle, Colombo, and main tourist routes.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and reporting.
- Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
