- Font Office - Arugambay: Receptionist/Senior Receptionist
- Food and Beverage - Arugambay & Ahangama:
- F & B Supervisor
- Stewards/Waiters
- Dishwasher
- Maintenance - Arugambay: Maintenance Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
- Work collaboratively with team members.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage service.
Requirements
- Fully/Partially qualified in related professional education.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar field.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Good command of English and Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage).
- Sound knowledge of computer handling, office packages, and work-related systems.
- Go-getter attitude, perceptive, and disciplined.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
- Candidates aged between 25 and 35 are preferred.
