HR Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team at Green Careers. As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our human resources operations.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment: Finding, reviewing resumes, and hiring new employees.
  • Onboarding and Training: Overseeing the onboarding and training of new employees.
  • Payroll: Administering payroll and ensuring employees receive accurate and timely compensation.
  • Benefits: Managing compensation and benefits packages.
  • Employee Relations: Maintaining good relationships with employees, preventing and resolving problems, and handling disciplinary actions.
  • Compliance: Ensuring the company complies with labor laws and employment standards.
  • Records: Maintaining HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.

Key Requirements

  • Age above 24 years, Female candidates only.
  • Must have a Diploma or higher qualification in HR.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Must be fluent in English and have knowledge of accountancy and IT.
