Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll records.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and financial transactions.
- Assist in payroll and statutory compliance.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in HR & Accounts.
- Knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
