Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field. The successful candidate will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.
- Provide support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
- Assist with employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Help ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or related field.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Sri Lanka.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
