HR Executive

About Us

Monik Group is a fully owned Sri Lankan company, well-established in various business sectors, including financial services, furniture, home appliances, agriculture, and beverages. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our upcoming HR Transformation Project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in mapping organizational structures and preparing headcount reports.
  • Support leadership discussions and document insights for HR transformation.
  • Coordinate HR audits covering policies, compliance, recruitment, and performance management.
  • Supervise HR interns and guide their project deliverables.
  • Compile reports and assist in preparing the HR Roadmap.
  • Travel to subsidiaries/offices as required to support project activities.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or Business Management.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in HR (exposure to HR operations or compliance preferred).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Tamil language proficiency preferred.
  • Age below 30.
