About Us

Pickme is a leading transportation service in Sri Lanka, dedicated to providing innovative solutions for our customers. We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our dynamic team in Colombo.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and candidate screening.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Help organize training sessions and workshops.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Previous internship experience in HR is a plus, but not required.
