Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and candidate screening.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Help organize training sessions and workshops.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist with HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Previous internship experience in HR is a plus, but not required.
