Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Onboard new employees and facilitate orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance on employee development.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for staff development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
