Human Resources Executive
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.
- Coordinate recruitment processes: job postings, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Support training and development programs, including scheduling and tracking participation.
- Handle employee grievances and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in payroll preparation and ensure accuracy of attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations (EPF/ETF, gratuity, etc.).
- Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement, welfare programs, and culture-building activities.
- Prepare HR reports and provide data insights for management decision-making.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (PQHRM/CIPM qualification will be an added advantage).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Good knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/HR software systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently under tight deadlines.
