Job Description
Dutch Lanka Trailer Manufacturers Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated ICT Technician to join our team in Dankotuwa. As an ICT Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across the company.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT systems.
- Provide support for network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Assist in the implementation of IT projects and upgrades.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Train staff on the use of IT systems and tools.
- Ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place and functioning.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an ICT Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco) are a plus.
