Import Assistant | Executive
Job Description
- Process imports/exports cusdec and submit online to customs.
- Classify goods with correct tariff codes to ensure regulatory compliance and optimize duty payment.
- Verify import-related documents including bill of lading (B/L), airway bill (AWB), commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of origin, and other required shipping documents.
- Liaise with shipping agents and wharf officials to coordinate shipments and resolve any delivery issues.
Work Experience and Other Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience working on customs ASYCUDA system.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, Act).
- Relevant qualification in shipping/logistics or customs CHA.
- Age between 25 to 45 years.
- Proficiency in English language.
