Established in 1929, the Employers' Federation of Ceylon (EFC) is the national employers' organization in Sri Lanka, consisting of over 700 member organizations. We are currently seeking talented Attorneys-at-Law to join our team as Industrial Relations Advisors.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on industrial relations and employment law.
- Represent clients at labour tribunals and regional labour offices.
- Conduct training sessions on labour law and compliance.
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to employment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve industrial disputes.
Requirements
- An Attorney-at-Law with 3+ years of experience.
- Knowledge of the legal framework governing employment in Sri Lanka.
- Willingness to travel to labour tribunals, regional labour offices, and company-based training sessions.
- Experience in the Plantation Sector and/or conducting training on Labour Law is a distinct advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Sinhala, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office packages.
