Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and networks.
- Support the IT team in software and hardware installations.
- Help with data entry and management of IT inventory.
- Participate in IT projects and contribute to team meetings.
- Provide technical support to staff and assist with user training.
Requirements
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
