Central Industries PLC, a leading manufacturer of high-quality uPVC and PE products, is seeking proactive and detail-oriented professionals to join our Internal Audit Department as Internal Audit Associates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audit assignments in accordance with the annual audit plan.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend practical solutions to enhance efficiency and governance.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to the Head of Internal Audit.
- Coordinate with various departments and assist in the implementation of audit recommendations.
- Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding audit issues.
- Travel to outstation locations as required for factory and branch audits.
Candidate's Profile:
- Part qualification in CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, ACCA, AAT, or an equivalent professional body.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk assessment, and audit techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments.
- Male candidates below 30 years of age are preferred due to travel and operational requirements.
