Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation General Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Investigation Officer to join our team in Colombo 02. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations related to insurance claims and fraud detection, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive investigations into insurance claims and suspicious activities.
- Gather and analyze evidence, statements, and documentation related to claims.
- Prepare detailed reports and present findings to management.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and legal teams as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of investigations and outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Forensic Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in investigations, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and investigation software.
