Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices in a timely manner based on job orders.
- Respond to customer calls and inquiries.
- Manage and maintain files (both physical & digital).
- Support and learn various office tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Prior work experience in Finance/Invoicing is an added advantage.
- Academic qualifications in Finance, Administration, or Management are preferred.
- Must be computer literate (including Word, Excel, and use of web portals).
- Ability to work independently and engage in negotiations effectively.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with SAP Accounting package is an added advantage.
- Proximity to Homagama will be considered an added advantage.
