Responsibilities:

Provide user and customer support for IT help desk issues.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Maintain IT documents and inventory related to CCTV Security Alarm and Access Control Systems.
Assist in the management of Windows, LAN, WAN, VPN, and Networking infrastructure.
Work collaboratively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Communicate effectively in both English and Sinhala.

Requirements:

Passed GCE A/L.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field.
Certificate, Diploma, or Higher Diploma in Information Technology from a recognized institute.
Familiarity with computer literacy and advanced analytical skills.
Ability to work on Saturdays (Half Day).
