Job Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain Windows operating systems and Linux-based servers.
- Manage Active Directory and 365 Environment.
- Monitor system performance, security, and patch management.
- Troubleshoot hardware, network, and software issues across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with IT security best practices.
- Document technical SOPs effectively.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT support.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Linux and Windows administration.
- Proven knowledge of networking and IT Support – L2 Support.
- Excellent customer care etiquette.
- Familiarity with virtualization.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Open to working on a 24x7x365 roster.
