Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for IT-related issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of IT equipment.
- Maintain and update documentation for IT processes.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve IT services.
- Travel to company locations for installation and troubleshooting as needed.
Requirements
- A Diploma / Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or IT.
- Minimum one (1) year of industrial experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Windows Server (2003/2008/2012/2016) and various Windows OS versions.
- Proficiency in Mobile Apps.
- ITIL Certification or knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Helpdesk Software.
- Excellent service approach and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work extended hours and travel as required.
