Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users both remotely and onsite.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of IT equipment.
- Maintain and update IT documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
- Travel to Prima locations in Sri Lanka and overseas as needed.
Key Qualifications, Experience & Competencies
- A Diploma / Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or IT.
- A minimum of one year’s experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with Helpdesk Software is an advantage.
- Strong service approach skills and an outgoing personality.
- Ability to provide remote support effectively.
- Willingness to work extended hours and on a roster basis.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Tamil is an advantage.
