Responsibilities
- Enter daily transactions, receipts, payments, and journal entries into the ERP system.
- Assist with financial records, reports, and monthly reconciliations.
- Process invoices, supplier payments, and manage petty cash.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing.
- Support monthly and year-end closing activities.
- Handle EPF/ETF remittances and petty cash management.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and English; Tamil is an advantage.
