Responsibilities
- Fully responsible for the operation of the assigned shift.
- Production planning and management.
- Quality control and workforce management.
- Preventive maintenance and other related duties.
- Willingness to work on a shift basis (day/night) and a 6-day working week.
Requirements
- Previous experience in solid tyre manufacturing (for the Executive position).
- Good hands-on exposure to the expected duties.
- A male candidate with a solid personality and high caliber of leadership.
- Higher education qualifications in Rubber Manufacturing Technology, Production Management, etc.
- Good command of English and computer operation.
