Job Responsibilities:
- Drive the expansion of the Fixed Deposit portfolio in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and relationship-building initiatives to attract potential FD customers.
- Engage actively with existing and prospective customers to explain FD products, highlight benefits, and convert leads into long-term deposits.
- Ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient handling of all FD-related processes and daily operations.
- Manage the full Fixed Deposit life cycle, ensuring accurate records, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting to the Head Office.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a high standard of service and maintaining customer trust and satisfaction.
Candidate Profile:
- Successful completion of G.C.E. A/L is required at a minimum.
- Experience in marketing fixed deposits with a proven track record in credit evaluation skills is an advantage.
- Applicants should be between 18 and 45 years of age.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and general computer literacy.
- A dynamic and result-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
