Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure and systems.
- Support the ICT team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Participate in the implementation of new software and hardware solutions.
- Document technical processes and user guides for internal use.
- Provide technical support to staff and ensure smooth operation of IT services.
- Conduct regular system checks and maintain inventory of ICT resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Prior internship or experience in ICT is a plus.
