Job Description

Sudath Perera Associates is seeking a dynamic legal professional to join our Employment and Labour Relations Department. This role focuses on civil litigation, particularly in Employment Law and Industrial Relations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research and analysis.
  • Provide legal advice and representation in employment law matters.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders professionally.

Requirements

  • Attorney-at-Law with a minimum of one year of practice.
  • Strong legal research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Sinhala.
  • Below 28 years of age.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player.
  • LLB preferred.
  • Any HR-related qualification or industry experience is an added advantage.
