Position Overview
We invite highly qualified applicants with a passion for teaching and research to join us as a Lecturer (Tenure Track) in the Department of Applied Sciences.
Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
- Supervise student research.
- Engage in academic research and publishing.
- Contribute to curriculum development.
- Provide academic guidance to students.
- Participate in departmental activities.
- Support administrative and quality assurance processes.
Requirements
- A four-year bachelor's degree in Biotechnology with 1st or 2nd Class Honours, or a 3-year bachelor's degree with 1st or 2nd Class Honours, or a master's degree at SLQF Level 9 in Applied Sciences.
- A minimum of one year of teaching experience at the undergraduate level or satisfactory industrial experience.
- Evidence of research output is required.
