Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and learner support sessions.
  • Prepare lesson plans, teaching notes, and course materials aligned to the programme outcomes.
  • Assess learner performance through assignments, exams, presentations, and projects.
  • Coordinate with programme coordinators and academic peers to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with UK Awarding body and relevant international academic standards.
  • Support continuous improvement in teaching quality, learner engagement, and curriculum enhancement.

Job Requirements

  • MBA or equivalent (Marketing / Sales / Branding).
  • Minimum 5 years industry experience.
  • Teaching or training experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
