About the Role
The Australian High Commission in Colombo is seeking a dedicated Locally Engaged Integrity Officer to join our Caseload Risk and Integrity team. This ongoing position plays a crucial role in identifying and managing risks associated with visa and citizenship caseloads.
Responsibilities
- Analyze visa and citizenship caseloads in line with established policies and procedures.
- Identify tactical, entity, or caseload-specific risks in immigration programs.
- Collaborate with team members to manage the reporting of risk and integrity issues.
- Support the objectives of the Department of Home Affairs in promoting Australia's interests.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in risk management or integrity roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
