DHT Cement (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an experienced and well-organized Logistics Executive / Fleet Handling Officer to manage customer orders, ensure timely delivery, and support both customers and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the sales team by managing schedules, filing key documents, and sharing relevant updates.
- Provide after-sales support and respond to customer inquiries or complaints.
- Maintain and organize both financial and non-financial data, preparing reports as needed.
- Inform clients of any unforeseen delays or issues and provide suitable solutions.
- Assist in preparing and organizing promotional materials and events.
- Handle customer phone calls, emails, and social media communications, ensuring professional service at all times.
- Manage customer payments and delivery coordination.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Logistics / BSc or BA in Business Administration or a related field (Sales or Marketing certifications will be an added advantage).
- Proven experience in sales coordination, order fulfillment, or an administrative role.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
