Job Description
Summer Empire Management Corporation, a condominium apartment located in Colombo 06, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Officer. We are looking for a male candidate in good health, preferably a retired gentleman from the vicinity, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in building maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of the condominium facilities.
- Ensure the building is well-maintained and meets safety standards.
- Maintain good public relations with residents and staff.
- Assist with basic accounting and administrative tasks.
- Utilize computer software such as Word and Excel for reporting and documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in building maintenance.
- Good health and physical fitness.
- Basic knowledge of accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
