Key Responsibilities
- Manage management accounting functions for all three manufacturing facilities.
- Prepare pre-costing and post-costing reports.
- Play a central role in business partnering with management teams.
- Support budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with financial standards and internal controls.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Part qualification in CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, or ACCA is essential.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
