Key Responsibilities
- Overlook and develop the sales of Head office & Dealer network island-wide to achieve company revenue targets.
- Plan & Execute sales campaigns to increase market share.
- Conduct and arrange product training for the sales team to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
- Develop and Execute corporate sales strategies to attract and retain key clients and develop effective corporate and customer approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to guide, train, and uplift sales executives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A Degree or Professional Qualification in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 05-10 years of proven experience in a reputed company, preferably within the home appliances industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to train, motivate, and develop a sales team.
