Manager - Gold Loan Marketing

Job Profile

Drive the expansion of the Gold Loan Portfolio in accordance with the strategic objectives of the Company.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase Brand Visibility and Customer Base.
Formulate and execute Gold Loan Promotional activities and Campaigns across the island-wide branch network.
Lead a dynamic Marketing Team to achieve set targets and deliver outstanding performance.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.

Candidate Profile

Qualification in marketing or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a comparable role demonstrating a solid understanding of both Gold and Gold Loans.
