Responsibilities
- Promote and sustain a strong culture of health and safety, reducing lost-time and medically treated injuries.
- Identify and fulfill manpower requirements by recruiting, training, and retaining skilled ITV operators and admin staff.
- Drive employee development and engagement through structured training plans and monitoring learning hours.
- Manage employee and industrial relations professionally, ensuring harmony and zero disruptions to operations.
- Oversee cost-effective welfare programs and implement rewards and recognition systems to enhance performance.
- Improve productivity and organizational efficiency by adopting modern HR technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a professional qualification in HRM (SHRM/CIPD/CIPM).
- A master’s degree is an added advantage.
- 3-5 years of experience in a managerial HR role.
- Hands-on experience in employee relations, industrial relations, and labor law.
- Experience in port operations is a distinct advantage.
