- Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals.
- Prepare and present regular reports on territory performance and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in territory development or sales management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in data analysis and market research.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
